Bad Points

Computer readout giving details of training/progress etc did not work. Emailed their customer care and rung them (15 minutes hold), to be told to disassemble and put pack in packing and they would collect and fix. I said if I were to pack it up they could keep it, couldn't they send me a replacement computer parts (as its plug in). long wait on phone, guy came back on and said yes. Waited 2 weeks for replacement part after numerous unanswered and phone calls. Part arrived also doesn't work, so fault must be sensor in the rowing unit - they can have it back !!


General Comments

Very poor customer care. Wait times on phone never less than 15 minutes, latest occasion 30 minutes - They need more staff in their support centre. I wont be using them again.
