Very friendly staff. They looked after me from the minute I stepped into their shop... They didn't even mind when I brought 5 of my bridesmaids in with me for a fitting!!
Bad Points
I can't really think of any bad points! My dress came in a little later than expected, but a staff member got on the phone to the head office and chased it up for me!
General Comments
What a lovely experience at The Wedding Shop, Colchester! They altered my dress slightly, as I was panicking I couldn't breathe properly in it!! They gave me advice on how to have my hair! Best of all, they didn't push me into going for a particular dress..I felt they put my needs first - rather than the commission they may get on a dress!
I will be recommending this shop to all my engaged friends!!
I'm quite sad I won't get to see the ladies anymore! Maybe I should see if they want a saturday girl!! tee hee!
