Good Points

Worked well for 87 days!


Bad Points

Broke after 88 days. We are a 2 person household we must of used it 3 times a week! The level of customer service is poor.


General Comments

Our Beko WMA510 washing maching broke down after only 88 days. This was on a Saturday evening, on Sunday we rang the customer helpline - Not open on Sundays! Rang Monday and was told that a third party Washing machine engineer would call us back! This took 48 hours, so dirty water had been sitting in our broken washing machine for over 80 hours now. The engineer came around on Thursday afternoon, with no accurate time window (just AM or PM) and we were told that he would need to order a part and he would call us on Monday. Just called on Monday and was told that he couldn't make it round until the next Tuesday! So if our washing machine does get fixed next Tuesday it will of been broken for 2 and a half weeks! I understand that Hotpoint aim to have an engineer around your house within 2 days, well so far with Beko it takes 2 days minimum to even arrange a time that an engineer can come round. I guess that I am to blame though, I shouldn't have taken a risk with a small brand like Beko. I should of stuck to the Hotpoints and larger brands.
