Good Points

The warm and friendly way in which our booking was handled, in fact it was this attitude that encouraged us to hold our birthday celebration here instead of the Hardwick


Bad Points

Unfortunately the whole experience was a disaster, with some of the bad points being:-

Totally disorganised presentation of menus and taking of order

Shambolic service with parts of order failing to arrive

While the taste of food is a matter of choice, I think this had no taste apart from rocket leaves.


General Comments

I have never written any sort of review before, but just had to in this instance as it was such a disappointing dining experience.

The restaurant is set in a beautiful location and almost worth a visit purely for that, but don't go there for the food.

My only regret is that I didn't complain while there, these are nice people who unfortunately have it very wrong.
