friendly staff and atmosphere


Bad Points

cold food, cold plates, poor quality, presentation of vegetables.


General Comments

This was our second visit to Swan Inn, Barnby. On our first visit the quality of presentation could not be faulted,and we were happy to recommend the establishment to others. On this occasion however, having raved about the establishment,and having invited my family to the meal,I was acutely embarrassed by the meal.indeed I returned my meal to kitchen,and a member of staff had the effrontery, to offer to warm the meal up. I can only guess that the establishment has changed hands, or kitchen staff were having the day of.
