Good Points

Looks pretty.
Good attachments.
Works well in the first month when new.


Bad Points

Very poor suction after a while.
Hepa filters etc all clogg up after a while.
Hoses start to break after a year.


General Comments

AFter all the hype of a bagless vacuum cleaner and the amount we paid we were very sorry having bought this vacuum cleaner. It worked well initially but then as it got used and filters started to clogg up it never ever performed like when it was new. Even after cleaning all the filters as in the manual. Even the hepa filter clogged up and and they say it requires no replacing. We cleaned all filters but it never sucked properly again. Had to leave out the hepa filter to get any suction now adays. Filters have to be cleaned weekly or it just cloggs up so fast.

We are spending more time cleaning the filters than vacuuming the floors.
