Good Points

Courteous friendly staff, clean rooms, good food.


Bad Points

Theatre unbearably hot and reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so uncomfortable we could not watch show.
Tram at night too crowded. Add extra cars for the evening.
Plan some rainy day activities.


General Comments

All in all, we had a great vacation despite the weather. Suggestion would be to have some activities when the rains hit.
We could not watch the show at the Beach Resort as the theatre was ungodly hot. The ceiling fans were of no use. We ended up taking tram (sometimes having to wait up to 40 minutes as there was no room on tram) to Palace Hotel and enjoying the shows in air conditioning without the noxious smell of cigarettes.
