Good Points

Excellent interest rate.


Bad Points

Impossible to withdraw money or transfer money. I want my money! Very rude, unhelpful support staff Online support has only a few Qs in their FAQ, and their "e-mail customer support" is a NIGHTMARE -- it has a text box to fill in your question/complaint but the text box has a limit of very few characters, maning if you cannot write your q/complaint in one short sentence you cannot e-mail them!


General Comments

I am unhappy they have such rigid rules about accessing or withdrawing money. I think it's stupid a ONLINE-only account can only have changes made to it by phoning, and they refuse to allow me to take money out of the account, or to transfer money from the account to my current account.
