Bad Points

Having had a set of doggy photos I tried the customer service and they have yet to reply. I have given up.


General Comments

Used Snapfish a few times and had no problems but when they recently developed me a set of about 60 photos they were all really dark and underexposed and blurry. I checked the photos I'd uploaded and they were fine. I wouldn't recommend Snapfish.
