Delays
45 minute delay outbound. Return flight 3 hour delay due to original aircraft with major fault, replacement (brand new plane) developed fault on runway 2 and half hours sat on apron while fault attempted to be fixed half of glass of water offered and then the sheer cheek to make you rent earphones for £2.50 while we were grounded. fault wasn't fixed resulting in 26 hour delay. on eventual return was told to ask if any problems, may have well spoke to a door when I had one. Never again!!
