Dirty, some unhelpful staff staff, damp, bathroom a disgrace, no maid service.


General Comments

We arrived at the hotel to be told we were in the wrong place due to overbooking but then the hotel decided when we asked for proof that there was a water leak that we were never even told about. Some staff were unhelpful towards our enquiries. The bathroom was nearly flooded every time someone had a shower, there was no window in the bathroom, no air con, the bedroom had a window into the corridor with prison bars across it, the bedroom only seemed to get cleaned once. Some staff seemed reluctant to help. I would never visit again as the hotel is not a 2 or 3 star, it needs serious help and needs immediate assistance.
