Good Points
Some results the very first day. Huge results in a week. I love it!

Bad Points
Hard to sleep with it on unless you fill the cup.

General Comments
If you wear it in the day, you can wear it with a fairly large padded bikini top. Then you can wear whatever T-shirt over it. I even sunbathed in my bikini-top and it didn't show.
