Showroom experience
20 weeks since we closed the list and so far they only have 50% of the gifts in stock.
I am disappointed with Wrapit's communication, urgency, and solution-orientation.
5 months since closing the list and still haven't received most of my gifts - just emails updating every two weeks with 1 item delivered every two weeks.
Taking positive feedback from customers before the list closes, I don't feel there is sufficient after sales service.
A complete disappointment and would not recommend.
