Bad Points

Disappointed with customer service. Flowers delivered 5 days late after recipient was no longer in the area.


General Comments

The worst customer service experience of my life. I ordered flowers on a Monday to be delivered to my friend in Hawaii who was there to get married. I wanted her to have flowers in her condo all week to enjoy prior to her Thursday wedding. A staff member at JustFlowers.com called me on Tuesday -- the day after the flowers were supposed to have been delivered -- and told me they needed an additional $35.00 to make the delivery on top of the $11.95 I had already paid for delivery. They called me every day with an explanation of why the flowers were not delivered and made no apologies about their lack of delivery. The flowers were delivered the following Saturday -- after my friend had left on her honeymoon.
