Peace of mind.
No extra costs if under £250.
CLAIMS DO NOT AFFECT PREMIUM.
Quick assistance.


Bad Points

great with Karma online insurance as it is free.
With Halifax insurance it's sadly gone up to £50ish
Asistants aren't always prepared enough and end up having to keep coming back with the right parts.


General Comments

As a landlord, this has proven to be incredibly worthwhile.
My tenants value my prompt dealing with any problems... that's possible with ease thanks to home emergency.
