Poor customer / delivery service, still able to purchase on-line when stock no longer unavailable.


General Comments

Received call today to advise me that my order for 1 item cancelled, as stock no longer available. Meanwhile, my wife signed and received an order for me this morning. My address was correct, but the order was clearly not. I had been incorrectly sent 10 items worth over £100 with the address, phone number and credit card details (albeit the last 4 digits visible) of the person they were intended for. When I called to arrange pick up, they expressed surprise that I had been advised my order had been cancelled, as their system showed it had been despatched. They blamed the courier, but advised me that I need a supervisor to call me tomorrow, as they're about to close for the day!
