It has two spacious ovens that are excellent for most family/single person use. It is multi-fuel which is excellent, you can't beat a gas hob! The hob area seems spacious and has not stopped me lining up a variety of pans alongside each other through lack of surface area. Flip up glass top is light, easy to clean and has an emergency cut-out if closed in error.

The problems are quite serious to me personally but, if I were offered a change of cooker I would not feel happy. I took a long time to find this particular one, considering it's features carefully, I want THIS cooker, but I want it to be what it promised. I want it to function properly.

My Cannon Henley Freestanding Oven has light use and is always treated with care. Even so, after a few months, the quick, electronic grill switched itself off and refused to relight. Local repair man said that they were an absolute pain. A part was replaced. After a few months the problem was repeated, again after little use. A few days later, it decided to refunction, luckily, as I don't have time to arrange to meet repair men. This happens frequently, but I live in fear of it one day refusing permanently, it's no longer under guarantee.
The panel that controls the cooking times/methods/clock function etc., is positioned along the front of the cooker. I frequently activate/de-activate/set etc., something or other simply by accidentally leaning against it as I cook.
An even worse problem was the fact that the door of the top oven completely shattered, shedding thousands of pieces of glass around the kitchen. What had happened was, on trying to open the top-oven door I found that a screw had come out of one side of the long, full-width horizontal handle. I must have fallen inside. Only one side was therefore firmly attached. It was necessary to open the door, a drop/pull-down variety , in order to retrieve it. However, the hinges on this door are very strong and require a firm action to open. The act of attempting to open the door shattered the whole glass surface in an instant. It appears that, in spite of all the required force needed on the handle, it was secured to nothing but glass. I treat my equipment with respect and feel I may face a large bill even though this is not a "wear-and-tear" situation. I feel it is perhaps more a manufacturing/design problem? I have YET to find time to fight.
