Failure to deliver goods within time stated.
Payment taken almost immediately and still waiting for goods one month later.
GOODS NOT EVEN IN STOCK ONE MONTH ON!


General Comments

Do not use this company!
I ordered a Little Tikes slide a month ago, e-mailed the company three times and received no response.
Whilst waiting (for ages) on the phone I came across these reviews and decided to cancel the order. Have been told I need to now e-mail the cancellation through and after they have received the email it will then take a further two weeks for the money to be credited to my card!
I suggested to them that it may be better practice to charge peoples cards once the goods have been dispatched. She was disinterested and not apologetic at all. Apparently my slide is not even in stock.
First bad experience of buying online.
