None at all! (Although the price did attract me in the 1st place)
Bad Points
Customer Service, Call Waiting, unable to resolve a complaint.
General Comments
Phoned them up to pay the balance and they told us that our names were the wrong way around. (Christian name/Surname). To correct this we would have to pay an administration charge of £30.00 per person. This is £60.00 for them to change our names around.
Do not use them!
