Good Points

Very friendly and helpful staff.


Bad Points

No aerial on the car hence no radio reception
GPS kept losing signal - had to be replaced.
Petrol tank not full when collected and charged 60 euros to my credit card even though I returned it with a full tank - had to chase for refund.


General Comments

No Hidden Extras doesn't imply that we were charged 60 euros immediately to our credit card and then when you return the car with a full tank they don't always agree - in my case 9 euros to be deducted from the refund, which I have yet to receive a week later.
Certainly wont be using them again.
