Good quality, stylish, well made, matching. Delivery arranged earlier than the estimated 6 weeks, arrived in 4. Deliveries were made earlier than arranged - driver kept in touch via phone.
Bad Points
Faults in sideboard - holes where handles went in incorrectly and were filled badly. Dent in front, mark in veneer on back corner.
General Comments
Faults in sideboard were spotted on delivery. Minor points but important as the furniture is so expensive! Driver immediately said it would be exchanged in next delivery to UK. Rang customer services next day to add another couple of faults (sideboard should never have passed quality control). No argument about anything. New one delivered and exchanged in 5ish weeks. Now very happy with everything.
