Good Points

Looks nice, runs quiet, energy efficient.


Bad Points

As soon as one year (and your warranty) is up, our dishwasher stopped working and we got an error message, "LE" in your display. This message is not in the owners manual. We called for service and find out it is a "locked motor." We waited weeks and have to pay for service! The service is a huge procedure. The repair man has to take the unit out and lay it on it's side. We are still waiting to get an appointment for the repair guy. Also, the bottom rack unhinges very easily. This product is poorly modelled. And sometimes dishes come out wet and cold, despite using (recommended) jet-dry and proper settings.


General Comments

Read consumer reviews before buying any LG products. Our Washer and Dryer and Fridge are all having problems. They are all LG and all owned for just over a year. Also, the repair men have to be certified by them. When the washer and dryer was first purchased. We requested not to have the same repair man for the current problems and they said they can't control who comes... If there are only a few guys in the area, then why not?
