Good Points

Free upgrade. Rooms were clean and maintained twice per day. Stayed in club building with great view, friendly staff, and good food!


Bad Points

I have no bad comments from my recent trip!


General Comments

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We had two small children with us (3 year and 5 year old) and they had a fantastic time. They were treated very well and loved the hotel. We loved the location and the service. I will come back and stay at this this hotel again.

    I agree, I've stayed at the Polynesian several times, years ago, and it was wonderful. We're going back in December and I can't wait.
