This fridge is very nice to look at, very stylish.

It seems to be poorly made.


General Comments

I had my Smeg FAB 28 Retro delivered this afternoon and I only WISH I had known about these reviews prior to buying it. Basically I spent the best part of an hour trying to carefully force (you can tell this is going to end in tragedy when I have to use the word "force") the plastic door shelves into place. They were so tight I was convinced that I was going to damage the fridge door so I tried all sorts of things to get them to fit. I managed to crack two of them and one of them still won't fit even though it's cracked! Poor design and the novelty of having a new fridge delivered has well and truly worn off already. I've emailed customer services but I'm not expecting anything to be done quickly, judging by the other reviews on this page. I'm really fed up now. Wish I'd spent the money on something else.
