Had very poor connection speeds, only noticed since I got an xbox and started playing online. Speeds were anything from 200kbps to 500kbps, this was supposed to be an up to 8meg connection! BT confirmed that my line would support up to 4.5meg. Sometimes during the day the connection would be reasonable up to 3.3meg, but this is no good when you ' re at work! After hours on hold and lots of complaining they put me onto a different server dsl9 which worked fine for about three weeks. Then sure enough the speed dropped off again! After more hours on hold and being passed from pillar to post I decided to terminate my contract with them and I still have 7months to go! The people which I spoke to on the uk support number were quite helpful and more or less said I don't blame you for leaving! Anyway I ' m still waiting for my migration code so I can move isp's. I won ' t be paying them in a rush! If they advertised an up to 500kbps connection I'm sure nobody would sign up! Just before I lost it and cancelled my connection, I was told there was nothing at all supanet could do to speed up my connection!
Therefore I do not recommend this broadband internet provider.
