SOME of there staff are less than Enthusiastic, the car parks resemble fly tipping sites, and they allow packs of feral gangs and boy racers loiter about the place, inside and out.
This concerns both kfc in wakefield, and poole in dorset,
wakefield = the place is dirty, the staff rude, lazy, terrible personnel hygine, the food is either cold, or they run out.
poole= i finished work as a coach driver, after travelling for 10 hours i needed somthing hot to eat, unfortunatly kfc was the only one open in the dolphin center,
as i approch the door, two bouncers, yep thats correct door staff said i couldnt go in yet as they will allow only 5 people in at any one time, so after a wait of nearly 10 mintues, im allowed in,
this is a saturday night at around 9.30, and there is 1 manager in his office at the back, 1 guy cooking all the food, and 1 serving at the front, oh and one idiot at the back, who as far as i can tell did work there but spent most of her time checking her hair,
so after 10 min to get in, it took another 8 min to get served,
i asked for a fillet burger, chips, and a small coke, well three times the assistant asked me again what i had asked for,
once his 2 brain cells were working, i had to wait another 12 min before my food arrived, so as you can see 30 min to finally aquire some food is not what you call speedy service.
well the burger buns where stale, the burger its self was luke warm, with what can only be discribed as 4 tablespoons of mayo on, the chips were ok, but such a small serving, and the coke was flat,
i asked to speak to the manager who came to the front to see me, only to tell me that they were extreamly busy and i would have to come back tomorrow,
you could have knocked me down with a feather,
so as you can see, if you go to poole, I would recommend that you stay away from the branch in the dolphin center.
