Good Points
New website is miles better than the old one, shed loads of products, good company.

Bad Points
Sometimes have to wait a while to get through on the phone.

General Comments
The new site is a lot better than the old one so its easier to find stuff. I've been a customer for about two years and ordered music downloads and christmas gifts without any problems.
