General Comments

Having just had the most awful news regarding my holiday I was absolutely furious, my accommodation, flights and even date of departure had changed! I called Apollo travel to confront them over these matters. Initially I spoke to a very pleasent young lady who dealt with my enquiry efficiently and I then spoke to her colleague who advised me of the reason for the changes. I have to admit that I feel that for once someone actually took there time to listen to my issues and my god were they big issues, and did everything within there power to fufil my every requested desire, for once somebody actually asked me what I wanted. Although the holiday had to be cancelled I was given a full refund and had the option to book elsewhere. Having received such good service I did not wish to take my business elsewhere and promptly rebooked with Apollo Travel and have got, in my opinion, an even better holiday. I had to pick the tickets up from the airport and having never flown from Gatwick I was slightly apprehensive to say the least, but the ticketing department were most helpful and sent me some information on the airport which even included maps of the terminals. Although the situation could have been an absolute nightmare it was not due to a great team effort by everyone there, I look forward to my holiday departing in 3 days and will definitely be using this company again
