General Comments

I used to be with BT for telephone & broadband, but then changed my telephone to TalkTalk as the call charges were cheaper but kept the BT broadband. I was eventually persuaded to go the whole hog & get the phone & broadband package. BIG BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! The phones OK - no difference between BT & TalkTalk, but the broadband is a TOTAL DISASTER!. It's very slow when it is working, but most of the time all I get is "server not responding" & if it is responding it's often that slow that it's static. This short report has taken me the best part of an hour to write & I'm going to stop now before I do some serious damage to either my modem, computer or myself. You have been warned!!! Do not go for cheap & cheerful!!
