Excellent customer service, superb billing system, easy to understand bills and very competitive rates. Will generally save you money.
Needs some updating.
I think The Utility Warehouse Discount Club are not quick to move with the market, I feel some of the mobiles are in need of being heavily overhauled. I also think some independent distributors need more training as I have met enough who have only been trained once and don't seem to have a clue. Summary: Very good, but i do think they require some serious improvements.
