Good Points

Small size, decent screen size, high resolution screen.

generally good reception (depends on location), great shape and layout - in summary: the harware is excellent 10/10


Bad Points

the software SUCKS!


General Comments

The software SUCKS! it's nearly impossible to use without consulting the manual.


At times the options don't make sense, for example, after entering criteria for a phonebook search, you should choose "STO" (store) to begin the search. store?? that doesn't make sense.


At other times, there are 2 option - Edit or delete .. i don't want either, i want to cancel....


The phone book search isn't up to scratch - like when entering a test message, you can't search for the intended recipient, you must scroll to find them....
The browser is also difficult to use without the manual handy.


There are lots of these little missing pieces in the software.


It's a really badly designed interface that lets down the whole phone.
