Cheap tickets with hidden costs
Baggage only 20 whereas others are still offering 27
Poor customer service. Baggage handling needs to improve. Customer service is non-existent. Unreliable flights, and Air France seem disorganized about transporting passengers from terminals to terminals that are in transit. Zero value for ones hard earned money. I would advise you to think hundred times before you choose this flight only on the basis of fare. It is better to pay 50 -100 pounds more for better airlines like Emirates. (for long haul) you would ultimately benefit. I was so fed up this time and I almost gave up the whole ticket to buy a new one from emirates....which is a better way to fly to India.
