Drive comfort, and driver were spot on, coach was spotless and this included the toilet.
Very long journey.
I recently travelled from West Yorkshire to Poole in Dorset on the 335.
well what can I say, I was expecting an old coach, old driver, and basically I imagined getting to Poole wishing I had never left home. How wrong was I, the coach was one of those new ones, it was clean, tidy, and the toilet was spotless.
and here's the reason why, our driver! This guy was 5 star brilliance, every stop when we picked up a handful of new people he would do a fantastic, funny and entertaining speech about seat belts being worn, fire exits and many other things.
but the best bit was his instruction to everyone that could we all please not be on our mobile phones for longer than 5 minutes and to keep or music right down, at first I thought it was a little cheeky to ask everyone, but the entire trip was bliss, very quiet,
every stop was called out by the driver who also let us know if we were running early or late.
I was even taken back that when we stopped for a break, the driver took time to ensure everyone was okay and happy, and he also spent some time tidying his coach and spraying an air freshener.
what amazed me most is that the driverl drove all the way to Poole, on time, in a very safe and professional manner, and still had a smile and manners towards all of us,
this guy is an asset to his company,
and because of him I hope and pray I get him as my driver next time I go back down south.
