Nice show room, lots of communication at the start of the process
Unprofessional and uninterested when it comes to supplying the wedding gifts. Blame inability to supply wedding gifts on their 'bad' supplier but still refuse to entertain the idea of sourcing the gifts elsewhere.
Our wedding list was sent out in October, we were married in December, ordered in February, finally gave up waiting for our remaining gifts in June.
We were told that the gifts would take up to 3 months which shocked us as these items are available in any department store you can find. We had no choice to accept it though but then the gifts arrived a couple of items at a time.
We finally got to the point that we refused to wait any longer and we are now in the process of receiving promises of a refund in the next 5 workings days waiting, calling back and getting the same promise again. In the meantime we picked up these gifts ourselves at Debenhams last week.
