Bad Points

Poor tech support. Unresponsive to tickets submitted through their customer care center. When tickets are eventually responded to resolution information is ambiguous at best.


General Comments

www.ait.com is worth staying away from. The price for hosting is attractive but I found you do get what you pay for. I pay very little for the services they host for me and in return I receive very little quality support from them. I have suffered outages in excess of 4 days, that's 96 hours. I have placed phone calls to the support center, placed on hold and then disconnected because their call volume was so great. The information that their technicians provide in resolving trouble tickets is very vague and sometimes misleading. Support personnel have no empathy for a customer when their server is down but if you want to add more services, and pay more money, they are as nice and sweet as sugar. Stay away from www.ait.com. You will be better for it.
