Good Points

Very quick & efficient at taking your bank details.


Bad Points

No claims made over 2 years so unaware of any relating to claims.
Obviously don't need the business based on customer helpline,


General Comments

Insured my partners cat with Sainsburys from 12 weeks old.
For 2 years the monthly premium was £5.63.
There have been no claims or change in circumstances over 2 years.
I was very suprised to notice the monthly premium had risen to £9.17 & the first I knew of this was my bank statement.
Spoke to a very unhelpful chap on their insurance line who refused to discuss the policy with me as was in my partners name, despite myself paying for the policy.
Pointed out to him that I had just got a quote from Sainsburys online & with the same details the insurance would be £7.
He told me that was for new customers only.
So much for loyalty.
