Quick check in at Gatwick, plane left UK on time arrived in Florida 30 minutes early. Left Florida on time arrived 50 minutes early. Helpful cabin crew on way home
Miserable cabin crew on way out, most weren't English. Main meal okay except nothing for kids. Afternoon meal was a scone and cream, breakfast was a muffin.
After a quick check in at Gatwick airport plane left on time, cabin crew were very miserable tutting and pulling faces. Snatching food and dumping down on tables. However plane arrived 30 minutes early, seats in economy were okay a bit more leg room than you would normally get on a European flight so that was okay. No seat back TV but I already knew that so took magazines, games consoles with us. Used free time check in that is situated in Lake Buena Vista for return journey, had double luggage but they still charged when I was 5kg over they don't take into account hand luggage like some airlines. Plane left on time, much better crew this time, happy and smiling. Flight back only took 7.5 hours arrived back in UK 50 minutes early. After reading others reviews on here was a bit worried before flying with XL but I would definitely use them again, food was a bit poor, should do a kids option and I thought they were being tight when they collected back the pound shop style head sets and the end of each flight. Also booked car through Travel City Direct no problems there either. Accommodation was booked elsewhere.
