General Comments
I had bright, vibrant red hair and couldn't afford a trip to an expensive salon and so I had noticed Loreal Feria shade P67 'Scarlet Power' on the shelf which promised to give a bright vibrant colour boost and was close to my desired shade. BIG MISTAKE. I followed the directions on the instructions leaflet extremely carefully and accurately and decided to use the dye as it clearly stated that it was Ok to use on top of other hair dyes (except for henna dyes and progressive colourants). L'Oreal Feria however reacted with my hair dye. The end result on my hair was a sickly mahoghany colour with tints of red and purple; I then discover that that no products containing ammonia or peroxide can be used to correct the colour so bleaching/stripping or re-dying is completely out of the question, the only solution is to grow it out and as my hair is very long, I am both devastated and disappointed with L'Oreal. I wouldn't recommend this hair dye to anyone. EVER!

Thanks for that. But is the issue with this product more to do with your inexperience? They tell you what colour it will turn out with natural shades but surely you can't expect the same results if you have other unknown products in your hair already? That is hardly a problem with the product.
