Good Points

I think that QVC is an excellent way to shop, where else can you try shoes, earrings or make-up, then take it back for a full refund? I have kept most of the items bought from QVC, there have been some that I have not liked, but have never had any problem with returning items, or receiving the funds back in reasonable time.


Bad Points

sometimes the postage can be a bit too high.


General Comments

Overall, QVC is for me! I do not object to not being able to claim the postage on items that I return because I don't like them or they don't suit me. I once returned something that was broken upon receipt and QVC sent me a prepaid label to return it and refund the original postage cost also, I don't think you could argue with that! I will be with QVC for a long time yet, it's brill!
