    We can't be talking about the same insurance company ?? Its taken over a year for them to sort out a simple cliam, The body repair shop they employed to do the works were usless in every way. I had to send my car back twice as i was unsatisfied with the quality or work undetaken. I still remain unsatisfied and now have gone to the financial ombusdman but feel its not going the way i would have hoped (Still). I was promised by a senior employee at Allianz they would issu#e me with a cheque to correct the work after i sought a quote from an independant body shop and they went back on that promise. Do NOT Use them the worst insurance company ive ever used !!!!!!!!!
