I have enjoyed many holidays with Thomson over the last 27 years. The hotels, resorts and reps have generally been very good.
Seemingly careless mistakes made on itinerary coupons/paperwork
I have a common name which is easy to spell. However, my name has been misspelt twice (on the itinerary for the last 2 holidays booked). Also, transfer ticket stated a different hotel on most recent booking. Obviously names on tickets should match those on passports. Very frustrating to have to keep phoning Thomson to sort this.
