Bad Points
You need to ring an 0870 number.
My call was disconnected having been put on hold for 5 minutes.
Second call took 6 minutes on hold then booked in a delivery date - they didn't show, or bother to call. No doubt they'll be expecting me to call their 0870 number again...
General Comments
Awful service. Ticketmaster are using them to send out tickets and, in my case, having already been rooked with a hefty booking fee AND a delivery charge of £4.95, I wasn't expecting to then be forced to call SMS on their 0870 number to 'book delivery' of tickets I thought I'd already paid for. They sent a voice text to a landline, the only detail was the telephone number and not the ref no. required for booking via their website. SMS have now failed to deliver on the agreed day (forget agreed time) and, despite clearly having my telephone details, have not called to apologise or explain why.
And here's the best bit - if you want to find out what's happened to your delivery via the website, it states "we cannot process delivery requests or chase a delivery from this form submission. Please contact a Customer Service Representative via the telephone number printed on the calling card or letter you received from us."
That'll be the 0870 number then... again.
