Time taken to deliver gifts verging on ridiculous. Consultants I do not find proactive. Buck passed to suppliers every time we enquire about delays.
Wrapit have been such a disappointment. DO NOT be taken in by the pre wedding service. Once they have your guests money they don't care at all how long it takes. We have been waiting over six months for the majority of our gifts and STILL haven't been given a final delivery date. On the verge of asking for a refund.
