When received the products were of a relatively good standard.
Bad Points
Appalling communication, production and delivery times.
General Comments
The first time I purchased from this company they took almost eight weeks to deliver the goods. The second order I placed was completed within 3 -4 weeks. As I live quite close to them I decided to go and collect the order personally to give me opportunity to see who I was dealing with. I placed another order (and paid for it) about 6 weeks ago. Since then I have telephoned them but no one answers. I am emailing them on a daily basis too. They are reading the emails as I have a tracker on them however they are not responding.
