Having read various review about this company, i am really not surprised to find that I am only 1 in a very long list of very unhappy customers. the shocking thing is that no one seems to be doing anything about them
On no less than 5 occassions I have been treated with contempt and complete disinterest. Contact lenses and glasses that I have ordered have either not been correct or not been delivered. Staff have no idea about the whereabouts of my orders. HOW DO THEY KEEP ON GOING???
I have voted with my feet and gone to another optician and only hope that some governing body puts a stop to this blatant abuse of customer care and trust.
