The only good point I can think of is that it used to be Holmes Place, which I liked very much. Everything's become 'Virginated' since they took over. It's all about brand, brand brand and the customer has become a secondary consideration.
Customer service staff are pleasant, apologetic and ultimately of no use whatsoever. They seem to lack product & service knowledge and are constantly referring people to 'their manager', a sure sign of a company culture that does not foster empowerment of individuals to take initiative and responsibility.
Trying to cancel your membership is like pulling teeth. It seems you can only do it on certain days and certain hours and then only with certain people. Oh, and you have to show up in person too. You have been warned.
Not worth the money any more, I'm sorry to say.
