Good Points

Quiet.


Bad Points

Lead connection broke, mine doesn't cut to edge of grass and doesn't collect grass. Lack of customer service.


General Comments

Not a bad machine as lawnmowers go provided you also buy:(1) a roll of gaffa tape-this is necessary as the sprung connector from the lead to the machine relies on a tiny pin which fell out rendering the connection useless.(2) a strimmer-as it doesn't cut right to the edge of grass,(3) a garden vac-as it doesn't collect the grass especially when it's slightly damp.You will also need a good deal of patience if you ever try to contact Flymo for replacement parts under warranty.At the time of writing I've sent them 3 e mails,1 letter,umpteen phone calls which they don't answer to try and get a replacement for my 6 month old machine.
