Where do I start?
I am rapidly losing the will to live!
I can only echo the sentiments listed here already....when they were Business Serve there were very few problems, support wasn't a problem and everything ticked over nicely.
They then became Legend, things started going downhill, then Thus took over......even worse.....now I am trying to find out why, yet again, I can't access my company emails or control panel and keep getting directed to a page headed by Demon????
Their help desk are worse than useless, they give you another phone number for "technical support" which then gives a recorded message "sorry we cannot connect your call" !!!
The question has to be asked....what the heck are we paying for?
