Entertainment.
Delay, food. In my experience some slightly unprofessional employees.
Our flight from JFK NY to Heathrow London was delayed 5 hours on 14th of June.
In plane they said that their staff would set our connecting flights and accommodation if needed, but it never happened.
Only stand-by seats and there wasn't any seats available, so we had to spent extra night in hotel, at my own expense.
I'm never going to use this company again, first and last time.
Cannot recommend!
