We've had the Delonghi Bar 14 for 13 months now, and for several months it has been leaking, now to the point we need to get a new machine.

The main problem for us is that to get the machine fixed we would have to take it to an authorised service centre, the nearest of which is 22 miles away (we're in Reading, the centre is in Basingstoke). It's just not possible to replace the faulty gasket at home due to the way the machine is fitted together.

So we're a little disappointed, but really enjoyed the coffee and espresso we had from the machine
